Is a ministry comprised of men and women who have a commitment to
proclaiming and defending orthodox historical Christian doctrine. We are born-again
believers of various backgrounds, who have answered the call to the vital
ministry of "Contending for the
FAITH once and for all
delivered unto the saints" ( Jude 3).
The spiritual climate of our day has obscured, and dismantled the many vital teachings within the Bible. We at BARC stand vigilantly as watchmen, giving relevant and creditable reasons for faith in orthodox biblical doctrine.
Within the sphere of a spiritual organization, we operate similar to the charter of secular counterparts such as the FDA, Consumer Protection Agency, or the Security Exchange Commission. These organizations were designed to protect, inform, the public and enact accountability to offenders of established guidelines.
Secondly, we equip the body of Christ for effective ministry and oppose false teachings and concepts that are injurious and contrary to sound biblical doctrine.
We echo the indictment mentioned in Isaiah 56:10, wherein it says "They were sleeping blind dogs that could not bark." So as God gives us grace and strength, we are BARC-ING!!!! We are awakening the world and the church to spiritual thieves and ideologies that are actively sabotaging and perverting the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
We at BARC are loving and compassionate people, preferring to avoid controversy and confrontation, however, when we observe the many ruined lives and imperiled eternal destinies resulting from doctrinal error, we can't be silent. Our approach is not cavalier, but firm and uncompromising.
Thus in fulfilling our mission, we are equipping the saints to discern the spirit of truth from the spirit of error (1 John 4:1-3) .

We love and respect all people, but we have no fondness of the deceptive and injurious practices so prevalent today. We identify the error, and persons involved in error. Our goal is not to be politically correct, just biblically and spiritually accurate. We are in warfare, fighting for the sanctity of the Bible.
